Your order will be confirmed and put into our delivery schedule as soon as full payment has been made.
Please provide complete address details in the order form to avoid unnecessary delay. Jakarta Wines will not be held responsible for the delivery of the purchased item(s) should information given by the sender is invalid.
All orders received before 4 pm ( Indonesia time GMT + 7 ) will be delivered the next day
All orders placed after 4 pm ( Indonesia time GMT + 7 ) will be processed the next day
For Jakarta Area, Orders will be delivered same day or next day for a charge of Rp 50.000,-( via Courier )
For Jakarta Area, if you wish to use SAME DAY SERVICE FROM GOJEK, the charge Rp. 25.000,- ( its only applicable for order from Monday - Friday , 8am - 2pm, if orders placed after 2 pm will be arrange for next day )
For Jakarta Area, free delivery charge for orders more than Rp. 2.000.000,-
For Outside Jakarta Area ( Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok ) Please contact us.
Currently our delivery only able to support Java Island and Sumatra Island.
No deliveries will be made on Sunday and public holidays .
Once the order is delivered or collected, the order is assumed completed
