Answer 1: No, unfortunately we do not take COD

Question 2: Can you give us Free Delivery / Free Ongkir ?
Answer 2 : Free Delivery for minimum order : 1.000.000 IDR ( for JAKARTA AREA )

Question 3: Can we pick up the purchases ourselves ?
Answer 3 :No, self pick up is not allowed

Question 4: Do you accept credit card or Paypal ?
Answer 4 : Yes, we accept payments made from credits cards and Paypal

Question 5 : What other currencies are accepted aside from IDR ( Rupiah )?
Answer 5 : We also accept USD and SGD via Paypal account

Question 6 : How do you pack the wines ? Especially if I'm located outside Jakarta ?
Answer 6 : We provide bubble wraps for free and wooden crates at an additional price of 50k. 

Question 7 : How long does it takes to deliver within Jakarta Area ?
Answer 7 : It will take 6-8 hours on average, provided that the item is in stock. Items out of stock will take up to 2 working days.

Question 8 : How long does it takes to deliver to Sumatra and Java Island ?
Answer 8 : It depends on your location normally it could takes 4 - 7 days, but we will keep your items monitored and keep you updated.

Question 9 : I would like to send a gift to my friend / family but I'm not based in Indonesia, could it be arranged ?
